Malone Souliers launches digital made-to-order platform

The London-based luxury footwear brand has launched a new digital made-to-order platform that will allow customers across the globe to customize Malone Souliers’s most iconic styles

The platform, launched alongside the “Make Your Mark” campaign, intends to give its customers the opportunity of self-expression through its shoes. “It’s always a joy to see customers in the showroom, working with our made-to-order team to bring their own personality and flair to our signature silhouettes, and we are thrilled to have found a way to bring this experience to women around the world with our new online service. A pair of shoes can express so much about a person, which is why we’ve always brought emotion and creative curiosity into our design process — I’m delighted that our customers everywhere now have the opportunity to create their own designs for maximum self-expression”, commented Malone Souliers’s Creative Director Mary Alice Malone.

Customers can now access this tool on the brand’s website, experimenting with the styles Maureen, Maisie and Marion in different colours and materials. Each shoe can be personalized, from the uppers, the signature straps, heel height and even custom initials on the shoe’s sole. The made-to-order platform offers more than 6 000 customization possibilities across the three styles. The Maureen style alone, for example, originates more than 2 000 potential combinations.

Once customers finalize their creation, the designs are sent to a team of craftsmen at the Malone Souliers factories in Italy, where all the brand’s shoes are manufactured. Made-to-order shoes will be delivered within a lead time of around six to eight weeks.
